Dwaynecia is known by many as Niecy. She began her real estate journey while working as an office assistant at a local firm. During that time, she grew an interest in everything housing—including helping others find spaces where they can truly feel at home. With over seven years of experience in the field, Niecy has guided many people through renting, buying, and selling properties across the Bahamas.

Though naturally an introvert, Niecy enjoys making meaningful one-on-one connections, meeting new people, and embracing new experiences. She values honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer service—principles that guide every interaction.
