Hi, I’m Dwaynecia Knowles, but most people know me as Niecy.
 

My journey into real estate began while working as an office assistant at a local real estate firm. It was there that I developed a genuine interest in the industry and discovered how much I enjoyed helping people find spaces where they could truly feel at home. Over the past seven years, I’ve had the opportunity to help clients navigate renting, buying, and selling properties throughout The Bahamas.
 

I’m naturally an introvert, but I genuinely enjoy connecting with people, especially one-on-one. I believe some of the best client relationships begin simply by taking the time to listen. Understanding what you need, what matters to you, and what you hope to accomplish allows me to provide guidance that’s tailored to you rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
